Chicken Tikka masala:


Things you need:

1. 500grm chicken breast cut into cube size of one loaves, washed and drain water
2. 2 chopped onion
3. 4 Table spoon cooking oil
4. 3 or 4 small piece of cinnamon
5. 4 or 5 cardamom
6. 1 bay leaf
7. 3 or 4 cloves
8. 1 thickly chopped tomato
9. 1 table spoon tomato puree
10. 1table spoon fresh ginger paste
11. 1 tea spoon fresh garlic paste
12. 1 tea spoon cumin powder
13. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
14. ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder
15. 1 +/- red chili powder
16. 100ml yogurt
17. Salt as your taste
18. Some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves


How to prepare:
1. mix yogurt with all paste and powder spices and make paste
2. take half of the paste and marinate chicken, keep for 2 hour
3. bake the chicken till light brown color
4. bring a pan, pour all cooking oil
5. When oil will hot put onion , bay leaf  and all hot spices with salt
6. Fry till onion come to light brown
7. Put remaining past of spice and fry with care not to stick bottom  of the pan
8. Put tomato puree stir properly with care mix with spices if need add some hot water
9. Put the baked chicken, stir and mix  with all spices, put fresh tomatoes, reduce heat and cover for 15 minutes
10. Stir again and  see if the chicken tendered, taste salt
11. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes
12. Your Chicken Tikka Masala is ready and serve with a sprinkle of coriander leaves.
