Top baked Telapia and bottom baked Salmon
Things you need:
1. 1 large size of whole Tilapia or 2 pamphlet fish cleaned and washed properly rubbed with lime juice and salt
2. 1 fresh lime juice
3. 4 table spoon butter
4. 1 tea spoon fresh garlic paste
5. ½ tea spoon fresh ginger paste
6. 1 onion, finely chopped
7. 1+ green chilli paste
8. ¾ teaspoon salt
9. ½ teaspoon black powder
10. Some chopped fresh coriander leaf
How to prepare:
1. Mix all ingredients and make paste in a bowl
2. Marinate the fish, cover and keep for 2 hour
3. Pre heat your oven at 180 deg C or gas oven 5
4. Wipe baking tray with some cooking oil and lay the fish on tray, close the door.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn and bake for another 10 minutes
6. Test with a fork is the fish is tendered or not
7. When fish will tender, it is done
8. Sprinkle coriander leaf and serve with pilau rice or chips.
