Things you need:
1. Potato: 500gm peel wash and cut as your choice
2. Cauliflower: 500gm wash and cut as a bit bigger then potato
3. Chopped onion: 3-4 table spoon
4. Fresh garlic paste: ½ tea spoon
5. Fresh ginger paste: 1 tea spoon
6. Turmeric: ¼ tea spoon
7. Red chili powder: 1 tea spoon
8. Bay leaf: 1
9. Cinnamon: 3
10. Cardamom: 3 small pieces
11. Cooking oil: 100ml
12. Salt: 1½ tea spoon
How to prepare:
1. Fry potato and caulis for 10 minutes and keep aside
2. Cook onion with salt, bay leaf, cardamom and cinnamon till light brown
3. Now mix all other spices till oil float if you need add some hot water
4. Now add potato and caulis and mix well with cooked spices
5. Cover the pan and cook medium heat till all your vegetable tender and oil float. If you need you may use ½ a cup of hot water.
