King prawn butterfly


Things you need:
1. Head less king prawn: 8 with the tail peel like butterfly wash and drain water
2. Fresh ginger paste: 1 tea spoon
3. Fresh garlic paste: ½ tea spoon
4. Egg: 2 beaten
5. All purpose white flour: 2 table spoon
6. Corn flour: 2 table spoon
7. Light soy sauce: 1 table spoon
8. Lime juice: 1 tea spoon
9. Salt: ½ tea spoon
10. Black pepper powder: ½ tea spoon
11. Tasting salt (flavour enhancer): ¼ tea spoon
12. Enough oil for frying

How to prepare:
1.    Mix half of the all spices with king prawn and keep for an hour.
2.    Mix another half of the spices with flour, corn flour and beaten egg and make smooth paste.
3.    Dip the king prawn in egg and flour paste and deep fry till golden brown
4.    Serve piping hot.
