Things you need:
1. 4 egg
2. 1 table spoon sugar per egg
3. 250ml milk(evaporated preferred)
4. 50ml ghee/butter
5. 2 crushed cardamom
6. 2 cloves/optional
7. 1 table spoon kewra water
8. 2 table spoon sultana
9. Some pistachio and almond
How to prepare:
1. Beat the eggs in a pan with sugar
2. Add milk , beat again, add all other ingredients
3. Boil with repeatedly stirring, do not leave the pan till egg come to a position like picture
4. Remove and let it cool, egg halwa is ready for serve
