Egg coconut curry


Things you need:

1. 4 properly  boiled egg
2. 1 chopped onion
3. 2+/- sliced green chilli
4. 1 tea spoon fresh  ginger paste
5. 2 table spoon poppy seed paste(optional)
6. 4 table spoon coconut milk/almond paste/shredded coconut
7. 3 table spoon cooking oil
8. 2 table spoon yogurt
9. 1 bay leaf
10. 3 cardamom
11. 2 small stick cinnamon
12. 3 cloves
13. 1 tea spoon salt
14. 1 tea spoon sugar

How to prepare:
1. Heat  oil in a pan and fry eggs till light brown and take out egg from pan, keep aside
2. put onion , bay leaf and salt in the pan fry till light brown
3. Add ginger, sugar, yogurt, poppy seed paste, coconut milk/almond paste, stir properly and take care not to stick with the bottom of pan
4. If you need may use some water, cook till oil float
5. Put another cup of water and egg; bring to boil for 10 minutes or till the gravy come thick, spread green chillies and cover the pan
6. Your egg curry is ready and serve with boiled or pilau rice or chapatti/paratha

I don't want to disheartening you but to be honest; I can't like the outlay of the site. it seems very cliche, not user friendly.
